The Space
Access is quiet a way in from the street, you must come down around 15 stairs, then through the pool gate then down the side path of the house (see photo of side path).
Street parking is easy, not metered or restricted and plenty of it, except sometimes harder on hot summer Saturday & Sundays (November to February only)
Guest Access
Guest are only to use the studio and laundry area, other areas of the private residence is off limits.

It property is strictly for 2 people only, no other guests to come to the residence unless otherwise agreed
